The 200/4.0 works fine (I've used it). Chuck Norcutt's reply to you is
good advice about the use of tripods, but for worrying about exposure
compensation, that's what "chimping" (obsessively checking your rear
display) is for. ;-)
In general, anything that's 50mm or longer focal length in OM-mount
should work really well, and many of them can be had relatively
inexpensively.
