Darin,
as in 'pictures tell more than a thousand words', have a paak at the
instruction leaflet of the Grip Strap. It is hidden between the 'OM
instructions' image on the page you linked to.
Page two of the leaflet shows the bracket ('connecting ring') Barn
refers to in the two right hand pictures.
I have the bracket with my Grip Strap. It actually improves the
position of the strap, but I see it as a McGyver fix for something
that should have been correct from the start on.
