Hello Marc.

Davis is considered a very good brand of weather station for amateur
to private semi-professional use, e.g. in agriculture. Many will call
it the best available for an affordable price.
But the quality applies only for measuring, not for predicting the
weather! No single weather station can do that appropriately.
And yes, many colleagues around the world own a Davis weather station
for their private use at home. But other brands will be favoured too
of course, just like with cameras, motors, and espresso machines - to
name a few items of an infinitely long list...

Frank.
