Every time I drive to Manchester I wonder why I did it, and then I
get on Southwest and I remember why. All the flights I've had on
Southwest have departed within five minutes of schedule, and all have
arrived on time or early. The planes are clean, the people are
friendly, and I love the whole boarding system thing 'cause I'm OCD
about checking in early, and we're always among the first 20 or so
people to get on the airplane. Which means we're also among the first
20 or so to get off. <g>
