Yes, indeed it was OK, Chuck. We did have a significant problem with a
reprint which came from a new Lulu contractor in Spain, but Lulu fully
refunded ~USD1000 and the reprint was fine. Order from the US and you will
not be faced with that problem.
The quality is a combination of print, paper weight and opacity, binding and
cover and if you want to judge the Lulu quality, the best way I can think of
will cost USD14.13 + shipping!
