Hmmm.  You definitely need a Wally-Mart.  I haven't bought any film in a 
long time (still lots in the freezer) but development only is about USD 
2.50.  A CD with (dust free) 2MP scans also costs about USD 2.50 and has 
  thumbnail images printed on it.  Good for sorting through the images 
to see if there's something worthy of printing and a well exposed 2MP 
scan is good for a small print without having to unlimber the scanner.
