I would like to use older flashes on my E-330, and want to be sure I understand
previous discussions on the List. After charging the flash, I measured the dc
voltage (analog meter) between the center contact on the foot and the one
towards the camera shutter (on dedicated flashes). Results were: T32 - 3V, T20
- 4V, T-Power Control 1 - 4V, T18 - 7V, Sunpak 422D - 1 at 9V & 1 at 6V,
Vivitar 2500 - 9.5V, Vivitar 600 - 6V. Non-dedicated flashes were checked
between the center contact and the one in the side of the foot. Results were:
PS100G - 120V, PS200 - 135V, PS200Quick - 185V, Vivitar 283 - 220V, Vivitar 285
- 4V. Have not figured out which pins to check on T45 and F280. Intend to use
only the 6V or lower ones -- just want to know if I'm checking them properly
..........or not.
