Thanks. Don't think it's that serious, as camera functions fine now.
Will run some (film-less) cycles with the three lenses on that body and
my OM1. That being said, the OM-2n is probably due for a CLA one of
these days.

A more extreme defect would be the breaking of the front spring that is
visible through the space on the right side of the mirror box after the
mirror is cocked.  There are 2 springs on this lever, when then front
one breaks, shutter might fire every time without a lens mounted but
would lockup with any lens.
