I mostly use the Epson enhance matte too, but for color. It has a  
reputation for yellowing rather quickly, but I have not noticed it  
myself.

I went to an Epson printing seminar about six months ago and was  
impressed with the luster papers in the displayed prints. Sharper,  
nicer blacks and not really glossy. I would certainly experiment. Some  
of the new baryta inkjet papers are also low luster with the advantage  
of high density blacks.
