I didn't know about the others but the Tokina 12-24 is reputed to be a 
joint development between Pentax and Tokina.  After looking at the 16-45 
and 50-135 it's pretty clear they must be from Tokina too.  The Tokinas 
do look much nicer but you can't buy a Pentax mount from Tokina.
