In case anyone is interested, Adorama is selling Lexar 8Gig 133 cards
for $94, not including the $50 rebate from Lexar. This seems
substantially inexpensive to my way of thinking, though truth to
tell, 8 gigs is about the limit I'd put in one card slot. I'm
currently using their 4gig cards in both slots of the D3. As I
recall, they're the 133 speed, and I have no complaints about write
times. I believe there's faster out there, but it wouldn't make much
difference to me. Even at long, high-speed bursts, the write time is
minimal. And for $44 . . .
