We use to have "hot Weetbix" - several Weetbix (or Vitabrits) mixed with
a little boiling water, milk, and brown sugar, to create a warm, sickly,
sugary, smooth slop (if you did it right, with some chewy nubbins still
in it). It looks like shit, but it was...*is* quite delicious. I still
make it occasionally as the desire for "comfort food" arises, or if I
want to watch Peter's face go pale.
My brother use to occasionally eat cornflakes with warm milk.
(Apologies, Moose, for being so literal. You just sent me off on a
memory-tangent. :-) )
