Umm... we're talking about an Oly E-3

For image stabilization the entire sensor moves at low frequency... the 
same frequency at which you're swaying about with the camera in your 
hands.  For dust cleaning the filter in front of the sensor is what gets 
shaken but at ultrasonic frequency.
