Lovely image, but certainly not a Bald Eagle. Head, eye and beak are all 
wrong size and/or shape. Coloring is wrong too, as the white shouldn't 
go below the neck. Hard to tell from the shot, but I'd guess it's 
smaller, as well

The Bald Eagle is strictly a No. American species. Its cousin, the 
White-Tailed Eagle or Ern(e) fills the same ecological niche in Europe 
and Asia, but is quite different colored.
