Gas prices in Calgary - $1.33 CDN per litre for high test (I drive an
Infiniti G35 MT6 coupe outside NA you would know it as a Nissan
Skyline so must use minimum 91 octane level). So we are about half
your price, but here is the trick- depending on direction - if you
head west from Calgary you descend one mile and reach water in 1000
Kms, if you head east you descend one mile and reach water in 5000
Kms. so our Canadian coast to coast trip would certainly be a higher
cost. There are some advantages being all scrunched up on an island.
I would imagine that if you climbed in the back door of Larry's Rolls
and then exited by the front door you would be half way to your
destination already without having started her up would you not? ;-)
