I worry a bit about some of those. Teaching English to furriners  
(TESOL) is a specialised business and can be heavy duty for the  
untrained and ill-prepared. I've heard horror stories of clueless  
recent graduates stuffed into classes of 50-60 in Asia with no  
support, very long hours, massive workloads, etc. If they are  
prepared to accept uncertificated, untrained 'teachers', then beware.
