Isn't the building with circular windows called the "Connaught Centre" ?

I watched that building go up from ground zero in the early / mid 1970s  and 
it certainly was named as the Connaught Centre at that time ................ 
one of the many buildings owned by the Hong Kong Land Co Ltd.
