Bill,
 Glad to hear that you survived! I used to live in Webster and understand 
what the water table means to those poor folks. Good luck on the recovery. I 
spent 3 weeks living in Galveston prior to my move back to Louisville,  I 
pray my friends are okay.Thoughts and prayers are with you.
