With the extremely low list traffic caused by who knows what, I suspect that
the digest is only getting sent out based on time-interval and not on
quantity. When the list is really busy you can get two or more digests per
day. At least that's the way it was in the old days. Of course, it doesn't
help that Walt isn't posting anymore--he was directly or indirectly
responsible for at least 70% of the list traffic.
