Thanks for the comments. Many of the items you raise are issue that I have
as well, particularly the way the navigation aids appear (and where they
appear). If I understand the operation of the page, when it loads it loads
all of the images rather than bringing up the image when requested.
Depending on your network connection and the browser you are using, this
can create a delay. I've tried to keep the number of images in each gallery
small to avoid a huge load time.
