It's annoying, if a customer in Manhattan ships a repair to me, the rate
is 8.375%, in Oneida County, its 9.5%, Franklin Co. 7.5%, Warren Co.,
7%. Shipping back to them, I'm supposed to collect sales tax at their rate.
