I got that offer from Adorama this afternoon, and was amazed. Don't think it
will replace my Minolta 5400.
Strangely enough, this very morning, I got another email from them offering
discount scanning. For the pro service, your scans are done either with an
Epson flatbed or a Nikon 5000 or 9000. The "pro" service with more than
basic adjustments, is about 75 cents a scan. At that price, can't be much,
but better than this thing.
