Apropos the initial thread subject, I received a notice today of an
unrequested increase in the limit on one of my cards, not Amex. It is
one I use a lot, but I doubt if I've ever had a balance of 20% of the
old limit, usually much less.
I virtually never pay cash when I can use a card, but always pay the
whole outstanding balance on each statement. I suppose that ups the
credit score?
