Thanks for the update, Wayne. You can pass on the Andrew that I thought
that "rehabilitation" suggested an uphill task of Herculean proportions -
but reading that he is complaining about the food, suggests that he is back
to normal, and must be over the worst already. Shame, the worst is still to
come for the staff...

Andrew had his new knee attached a bit over a week ago and moved from the
hospital to a rehabilitation centre 2 days ago. I went to see him this
evening and he is in good spirits (complaining about the food and the tea,
etc.). He's getting around pretty well on crutches but is still in quite a
bit of pain from the surgery and general damage to his leg. He apologises
profusely for the email problems he caused with his "out of office" reply.
He'll probably be back on the list within a fortnight.
