Think there is a typo:

"Each click on a Zuiko lens' aperture ring is one stop and each click 
on the aperture ring is one stop...."

One of those "aperture" should be shutter speed?

The ability to manually expose while firing a flash is something I 
love on the E-3. I altogether keep not using it too often because I 
am generally an available shooter, but the slight fill is exactly 
what is needed a lot of times...

Also, I think the Leica R6.2 shares many of the perceived advantages 
of the OM-3T and thus is also as proportionally highly valued in the 
R system...
