That's not a personally created auto plate! It's a standard off the shelf
plate from which ever registration authority issues the letters " BO " in
trailing letter registration year " X " Trailing letter "R" year was 1977
so " X" is not long afterwards.
The fact thay you might pay countless thousands of pounds to pick up that
plate does not make it personalized!
