I assume you meant "Leitz" (think Leica).  Undoubtedly good optical 
quality but very dim at f/4.5.  I haven't done any work in a darkroom 
for more than 20 years but I will always remember the difficulty of 
focusing dim images... which get even dimmer with greater enlargement. 
Enlarger lenses are pretty cheap these days so I think I'd get an f/2.8. 
  For best optical performance you'll close down for making the actual 
print but, for focusing, just like the camera, you'll want to focus with 
the lens wide open.

I don't think you're likely to buy from KEH in Atlanta but here's a
