Pretty good.  The only visible shadow is on the door by your son's cheek.  If 
possible move your subjects farther from walls, etc. to avoid shadows.  It 
looks like the flash was above and to the left of the camera.  On a BG-2?  A 
high center mounting bracket like the Stroboframe 350 ($20 used on ebay) will 
help hide the shadow even when the subject is close to a wall and do an even 
better job of red eye avoidance.
