AFAIK, Metz is the only 3rd party source for Oly digital TTL. The 58
AF-1 is a nice flash if you're inclined to spend that kind of money
($400) for a flash. But digital TTL isn't like OM film TTL. There's no
such thing as off-the-sensor measurement. It depends on pre-flash
measurement feedback to the exposure system and can be unreliable
especially doing fill flash in bright sun where the pre-flash can get
swamped by the ambient light.

Before investing big bucks in a flash try flash controlled auto mode
and/or manual exposure flash first with an inexpensive flash unit. A
T-32 will work fine if you have one or a Vivitar 285HV or any of the
Sunpaks that did OM TTL flash or lots of others. Even shooting fully
manual flash you can zero in on the right exposure with no meter just by
chimping a couple of test shots and checking the histogram and blown
highlights indicator.
