HI Nicoletta,
I've done my best to make the monitor I'm looking at right now work
reasonably well for photographs, though I cannot really be certain
that it's optimal, but I actually enjoy the lighting very much and
think it is quite beautiful. In a print I might like a tiny bit more
separation between hair and shadows at times, but again that may be
perfect on someone else's monitor. I like the somewhat warm grayscale
for this study.
This could also be just my personal thing, but I prefer the images
where the dancers are fully or partially facing the camera. I have
found in shooting sports also that this is important for holding my
interest. Mostly not interested in the backs of heads.
The first image is a good, strong image to lead the collection and I
thought was well-chosen to express the essence of the whole.
Basically, I enjoyed it! Nice job.
