I know Moose uses it and I have it too but I've had it a very short time 
and have only used it once.  Noise reduction is not something I need 
much except when dealing with scanned film or 400 ISO or higher with the 
A1.  The plugin interface is just like the standalone interface except 
there's no need to load an image.
