Very nice and the softness is fine in a portrait.  However, you have 
violated one of the portraitist's commandments.  Thou shalt not have 
prominent background lines emanating from the subject's head.  Fine, of 
course, for a snapshot but, were it mine, I'd have the clone tool 
working them out.  But I suspect no one else even notices such things.
