This afternoon I took the ferry from Santa Pola, 20 km south of
Alicante, to the island of Tabarca. The trip takes 1/2 hour, and the
island is a lovely place, particularly peaceful in the winter, when
there are few people besides the 100-200 permanent inhabitants. It
also provided a good opportunity to do some more testing of my new
18mm Zeiss lens:
