Quotes [approximate] "..couldn't be simpler"

Moose says "Couldn't be slower."

"It remains to be seen whether it will catch on with business users, who
use computers for actual work - and not just dicking around."

"The new Butterfly battery will power it for 19 minutes." while it took
a guy playing with one 45 minutes to compose a very short e-mail using
the wheel.

Looks like a terrific piece of marketing and prototype testing. Apple is
pretty unique in branding prototype ideas as fully developed products,
which tests ideas in the real world while getting folks who will buy
anything new, shiny and made by Apple to help pay for the development costs.

Takes me back to the original Mac. I took one home for a free one day
test drive. I exhausted everything I could actually do on it in a few
minutes. A largely useless toy that became a very serious product as
applications appeared and the hardware became more capable. Yes, I was
using an Apple II+ for real things at the time. The fish tank conversion
of the original is nice for small fish. One of my Applechic friends has one.

The current product looks like another useless toy, but I wouldn't be
surprised to see some ideas from its development become mainstream.

Andrew, they say the cheapest configuration is US$ 2,600.
