Hi Dave,
I'm not from Fargo, but having "passed through the waters" last summer
myself, I assure you that people in Fargo are knit together as a
community as never before. I'm sure they would appreciate your
feelings very much. They will also need to be remembered a year or
two from now as recovery can be a very long process, if it comes to
that. Right now, it looks like the unseasonable cold is actually
helping the situation. Fingers crossed.
