Reminds me that I would comment on the I-gotU (model GT-120) I bought.
It works quite well, almost as good as the Garmin I use. Only in urban
canyons it is slightly more off track than the Garmin I have, but even
there the trackpoints are never more than 50 metres off. And normally
its accuracy is about 20-30 metres or less. Quite satisfactory for the
purpose of photo-tagging.

Software is pretty good too, only the user interface is a bit clumsy.
No menus, only buttons...
The software downloads the data directly from the device, and thirty
seconds later you have a map (including satellite picture) in front of
you with your track projected on it. You can also export the track as
.gpx file.
When you did make pictures during the trip you must browse the .jpg
files, and then you will see the spots where you took those pictures
projected on the map as well (that is when you have exif-data in the
jpg of course)
You can have the software make a .kmz or .kml-file too.

BTW the software can be downloaded free. You can also use it with
imported .gpx files (from other devices or generated with navigation
software). So when I do use my Garmin and return home I can import the
tracks and the workflow is the same as with the I-gotU.

In all: quite impressive, for such a small and cheap thingy (EUR 50
incl all costs).
