I had consider that one, still a little heavy for me and I'm not sure of its 
performance. I'm interested to see how the SP70-210/3.5 perform, it is said 
to be the sharpest Tamron in its range (may be except the SP80-200/2.8)

I'd consider that one too but most Tokina cannot pass the purple fringe test 
:-)
