I held off transferring about 23 reels until HD/Bluray became
standardized.

Just got a rough estimate: $2600.00 !! Yikes
I have a movie of my pet Jack Dempsey fish jumping up to eat a fly I
caught for him when I was 8 years old.
He overshot and landed on the floor--scooped up and put back, none the
worse for wear.
Still, we're not quite talking "Gone with the Wind" restoration.
If that what it costs to do a proper job, we'll see.
Perhaps there are other good outfits that will still do HD transfer and
scene correction.
Any suggestions?
