I second the recommendation for the SP power pack and the Eneloop batteries. I
use them and I am highly satisfied with both. I use the power pack with a FL-50
flash for weddings and events. It is good for several hundred flashes before
recharging. I have yet to run it down during a shoot. The Eneloops are my AA
battery of choice. I bought mine through Amazon.
Incidently, There is a Quantum CO3 cable here (eBay Item 230350447283) for $24
B-I-N with free shipping. It is an eBoy Stores buy.
