Chuck,

Without the link, I mistakenly concluded that you had the Powerstream 
charger.  Our messages crossed in the mail. Yours appears to be a simple 
trickle charger (my conclusion), and, if the voltage is at the level that 
you reported, could allow the battery charge to deteriorate over time.  I 
still feel that the higher-voltage recharge may do the trick.
