Maybe neither.  Check the reviews on the Metz 58-AF1 for Olympus.

I suspect the comments about coverage angle on the zoom head in the 
review is due to the small sensor and shorter focal lengths.  It appears 
the firmware has a switch that's used to force the next shorter focal 
length range setting to compensate.

But if you're truly serious you'll eschew all this automation and spend 
$60-80 on a Canyon 540EZ to be used in manual mode only.  Just as much 
power and, with a little practice, you'll get better exposures than TTL 
at a fraction of the price.  The only downside is that only a Canyon 
will operate the focus assist light.  Too bad that T32s only have 2 
power settings.  Old Sunpaks and Vivitar 283s are also good choices.
