I gained a D200 when a customer wanted to trade it for the RB67 I had on 
my site.  Personally I love the D200, great build quality, image 
quality.  Less than a year ago, it was still being sold as a new item 
from N*kon.  Bottom of camera is clearly marked "Made in Thailand".
