I love the shots - you handled the slow speed very well there.
I know the place, charming even though in the middle of nowhere - part 
of the charm for me BTW.
For anyone interested in seeing more of the place, it is here; off topic 
equipment in part, sorry.

PS; I confirm about the water not being 100% white, gives a supreme 
taste to the liquor, and colour as seldom seen elsewhere ;-)
