I didn't take the maple shot, the OM did :-)
Funny you should mention exercise. I've actually been walking my ass off
lately as my wife and I have gotten into hiking. I lug a backpack &
camera bag. She carries a stylus & sometimes complains about that and
puts it in the backpack!
