By E-520 with kit lens

It's a not good composition for the boat too close right hand side as its
direction. But the sun is at upper left corner, I think it's balance as the
boat is at lower right corner and I reserve some space to make the
composition more comfortable. Is it acceptable? (Of course I thought the
best composition is the sun at right upper right corner & the boat at lower
corner as the direction from left to right.)

Similar composition with above one. The interest point is a pair of lover.
The boat to fulfill the gap between the sun & the lovers to make composition
more interesting. The negative point is I didn't take it with smaller
aperture to make the sun likes a star as below pictures. Otherwise I think
the picture will be more interested.
