Correct.  But plugging a T-32 into a "TTL auto connector T20" 
<http://olympus.dementia.org/eSIF/om-sif/flashphotogroup/ttl_auto_connector_t20.htm>
adds another TTL cord attachment point to continue extending the daisy 
chain if desired.  Off-camera flash heads needs some sort of off-camera 
shoe to plug into.  You can use generic shoes but these do not add a TTL 
connection.  If you use the T20 TTL shoe connector the physical support 
for the flash also contains another TTL connector giving two TTL ports 
for each flash head so connected.
