Was my first thought to so a quick internet search suggested some models of
Frigidaire & Whirlpool. Most interesting is Staber - front load type action
but top loading, perhaps the best of both.

My 30 year old Maytag pair is still running fine, but I've replaced a $15
solenoid in the dryer twice.
