You might want to take a look at Flashpipe at:
http://www.ddisoftware.com/flashpipe/
 Also the Studio Version of Qimage does RAW.  Unfortunately, the Studio 
options are not included in the trial versiion of Qimage.
Both of these do handle the CHDK RAW files from the hacked Canon cameras. 
Both programs have RAW converters built on the DCraw base.
