Do you really lose two stops - can't see than myself.
As in, it doesn't quite make sense to me.
Isn't it a question of light intensity rather than volume?
For instance, if I stop down two stops the viewfinder will get dimmer  
(if I hold down a DOF button). But if I were to crop down the  
focussing screen to 4:3rds size instead, the view within that crop  
would be just as bright. Surely.
