The exposure guideline for the full moon (which is illuminated by full 
sun) is 1 stop less than the sunny 16 rule... call it moony 11?

Nathan's exposure is already almost 2 stops over that so there was 
presumably a lot of haze or else he forgot the actual aperture.  Chris' 
exposure is way more than that.
